Jeff is the true strength behind Macaulay Metals. He entered the company when he was just 25 and has worked tirelessly to build it up to what it is today. A people person, leader and metals enthusiast, some say Jeff is the most innovative person in New Zealand’s scrap metal industry.

Glen has a real passion for Engineering and is trade qualified in Fabrication, Maintenance and Diagnostic Engineering. With 20 years experience, Glen has developed a broad range of skills that assist in the smooth running of our business.

Rachel has a background in both public practise accountancy and corporate finance as well as project management. She is passionate about using systems to improve work practices and making sure that the Finance & Business Support Team delivers great quality information to help make business decisions.

Justin has a wealth of knowledge in construction, demolition and scrap metal. He leads by example managing our tenders and projects end to end, striving to always exceed our customer's expectations.

Rebecca heads our export team. She manages the movement of containers from across New Zealand to various locations around the world. Her team prepares all documents associated with our shipments and ensures our customers receive their shipments promptly. She is respected in the industry and a valued member of our team.
